    Good bye, Carhartt!

Since Carhartt's quality has gone down hill steadily in the past few years (except for their B01's) I have been looking around for a suitable replacement, and I believe I've found it. I've been wearing these for a few months now and I am really impressed with the quality and fit. The only things I'm having a bit of a struggle getting used to is the tool pockets sitting lower on my leg than I'm used to. I really like the reinforced front and rear pockets. That's a really nice touch. And the hammer loop is on the right hand side! I can actually use it since I'm not left handed. All I've had to do is add suspender buttons and they are good to go. Which makes me wonder why Key doesn't sell their batchelor (suspender) buttons separately?

    Union carpenter reporting

I work commercial construction (high rise and super structures) These pants make me hard. In every sense of the word. Imagine waking up, getting an early start to the day, with coffee and enough time to make lunch. The commute to work is smooth and you get to work refreshed and excited! And you kill it at work! That's what wearing these pants feel like. Without having to do that.

the difference between good pants and great pants is 2 belt loops good pants only have 5 ,great pants have 7. helps keep the things you carry on a belt in place.

    Quality

I discovered a pair of the key contractor pants in a thrift about 10 yrs. ago since then I've purchased 5 more pairs I'd buy more but they don't wear out. Comfortable and as rugged as the work we do if you're on the fence trust me buy em you won't be sorry.

    hard working work pants

Carhartts quality and durability have rendered them useless for hard work...so glad I came across these. These are hard working pants used for tree removals. Only complaint if you don't have big legs these are a bit roomy.

CONTRACTOR GRADE DOUBLE FRONT DENIM DUNGAREE

I've been using this same style and brand work jeans for a few years now. They have been long wearing and held up to the abuse I have given them while welding, cutting, and grinding. For the money I feel they are a very good buy.
